Conrad LeBlanc is the Administrator at High-Crest Springhill, a 76-bed nursing home facility. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the home. In this role, he manages site staffing, finances, and compliance with licensing, and regulatory standards. He collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure a safe, high-quality, and resident-centered living environment. Alongside overseeing high-quality resident care, Conrad provides legal, human resources, and management consulting services across the broader organization.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Moncton and a Bachelor of Arts in History (Pre-Law) from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. With over four decades of professional experience, Conrad has worked extensively in law, human resources, and senior leadership. His background includes legal practice across multiple disciplines, HR consulting within the Nova Scotia health sector, and senior management work with ServiceMaster of Canada, where he led organizational restructuring efforts. His public sector experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the New Brunswick Bicentennial Commission.

Conrad has remained an active member of both the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society (since 1996) and the New Brunswick Barristers’ Society (since 1984). He currently serves as Chair, President, and CEO of the Pointe du Chêne Harbour Authority, a role he has held since 2012. He also holds certificates in Occupational Health & Safety and Emergency Measures and Leadership (Dalhousie University).

Outside of work, Conrad enjoys maritime life and contributing to his community through local infrastructure and heritage initiatives.
