Administrator, High-Crest Sherbrooke

Gerry Grant is the Administrator at High-Crest Sherbrooke, a 39-bed nursing home. With over 20-years of experience, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the home. In this role, he manages site staffing, finances, and compliance with licensing, and regulatory standards. He collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure a safe, high-quality, and resident-centered living environment.

Gerry focuses on strong team leadership, and strategic planning to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Gerry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University and has a diverse background spanning health care, business, and community economic development across Nova Scotia and Canada’s North. He has also completed a certification in Leadership (Dalhousie University).

Outside of work, Gerry enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities.
